    Use it when it matters

Your work should be easier to remember and explain.

One private record supports the career moments that arrive with a deadline—across your day job, startup, side work, or every Role you hold.

    • Performance reviews

Walk in with specific outcomes, context, and evidence instead of reconstructing a quarter from memory.

    • Promotion cases

Show the scope, judgment, collaboration, and growth behind the work—not only the tasks that shipped.

    • Resumes and interviews

Turn real projects into stronger bullets and stories without inventing details months later.

    • Founder and side work

Keep startup progress separate from your day job, then tell the story of what you built and learned.

    Automatic career intelligence

Your work keeps moving. Your record keeps up.

Connect the tools you already use or send evidence you already have. Bloomly creates private artifacts, organizes every artifact and entry, and carries that context into every answer and output.

D7 activation rose from 54% to 68%, while Dana’s feedback confirmed that you drove the work end to end.

    Growth read

I can make this specific, but first paste your resume, Senior PM rubric, Pricing & Packaging brief, experiment results, Noor’s research, Devon’s launch feedback, and your earlier checkout notes—then explain how those pieces relate.

    Bloomly · context already connected

Your private Senior PM record already links the Pricing & Packaging brief, Noor Shah’s research, Devon Brooks’s launch feedback, the 11% annual-plan lift, and your earlier checkout work. Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Bloomly.

    What is Bloomly?
Bloomly is an iPhone career journal that helps ambitious professionals capture work accomplishments and turn them into performance-review reports, brag docs, resume bullets, and interview stories.
How can I capture work in Bloomly?
Type or speak an entry, forward a praise email or shipped announcement to your private Bloomly address, share screenshots, links, PDFs, and files from another app, upload from the web, or connect selected GitHub and Google Drive activity. Everything lands in the same private career record.
How does Bloomly generate performance reports?
Bloomly turns your journal entries and artifacts into polished performance summaries automatically. You choose a date range and cadence (weekly, mid-month, semi-annual, or annual) and Bloomly generates a report with highlights, themes, and talking points. Reports also draw on the working context built from everything you've captured — projects, themes, and ongoing threads — so they know the backstory behind a quarter, not just what happened inside the date range.
    How does Connected Work work?
Connect GitHub or Google Drive in Settings, choose the repositories or Drive locations you want, and assign them to a Bloomly Role. Bloomly turns activity attributable to you into private artifacts that can support reports and coaching. Access is read-only: Bloomly does not read GitHub source code or Google Drive file contents. Connected Work is a Bloomly Pro feature, and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I keep my day job and founder work separate?
Yes. Create a Role for each work-life, then map each connected repository or Drive location to the right Role. The resulting artifacts, reports, goals, and history stay organized under that Role instead of blending your job, startup, or side project together.
Is my data private and secure?
Your journal is a private record, not a social feed or manager dashboard. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, Connected Work credentials are encrypted server-side, and Bloomly never sells your personal information. You can disconnect providers, delete artifacts, export your record, or delete your account and data at any time.Read the Privacy Policy
Do I get a free trial?
Unlimited typed journaling is free, including one Role, manual tags, streaks, and the calendar heatmap. Eligible new subscribers who choose the annual Pro plan receive a 7-day free trial. The weekly plan has no free trial and is charged immediately.Compare Free and Pro
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel through your Apple ID settings at any time. If your annual subscription includes a trial and you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged. Canceling a subscription does not delete your journal.
